On behalf of the St. Katherine dinner dance committee and the parishioners of St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church, Redondo beach, I want to think you and your entire staff for being a very large part of the success of our St. Katherine dinner dance.
You and your staff were very helpful from the initial planning stages of our event to its conclusion. Your prompt response to all of our inquiries made easy for the committee to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner. The Esquire's Big Band and our D. J. had no problems with set up. You are also very aware, which kept us on track with our plans concerning the Crowne Plaza. I must add this was the first time we have held a Vespers Service any of our off site events. Having the room available and properly set up was greatly appreciated by our parishioners. We had more people attend the service and we anticipated.
From the welcome sign in the lobby, to the Vespers Service, reception and dinner you and your staff are to be commended for your professionalism and courtesy. Even when we approached you and your staff with requests, we all felt at ease and comfortable discussing our needs and wants. On a very personal note, the staff was even courteous enough to place my hat in a secure area where it would not be damaged. And when I was ready to leave, they, without hesitation and with a smile, brought my hat to me. That attention to detail and customer service reminds me of the quality of service that used to be prevalent throughout America, but has waned in the last few decades. Thank you.
I look forward to having a long and enjoyable relationship with you, your staff and the hotel. Whether we need accommodations for visiting dignitaries or for large events such as our Dinner Dance, the Crowne Plaza Will Be My First Recommendation

Waitstaff was superb! Could have not been more accommodating. Noluna was wonderful - other than some initial confusion over the billing, everything went smoothly. Our food exceeded all expectations.

Sheree was just excellent! At the Front Desk reception, Glenn, Michael, Jason and Eva (I believe that was her name) were all very kind, accommodating and truely customer service oriented. Really a top notch group of people.

Everyone was great. Jan, Noluna were outstanding to work with. The onsite team were awesome. Everything went smoothly and they accommodated all of my last minute requests, of which there were many!!! It made my job so much easier. My team could not say enough about how great the food was, which you just don't hear at hotel meetings. They were all very happy and said they'd love to have another meeting here again. Great Job!
